1. Nature of the Programme
The Human Tools Experience is a psychoeducation programme. It teaches cognitive, emotional, and problem-solving skills drawn from evidence-based psychological frameworks including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), and metacognition.
The Programme is educational in nature. It is NOT:
- Therapy, counselling, or clinical psychological treatment
- A substitute for professional mental health care
- A medical or psychiatric intervention
- A diagnostic service
No clinical relationship is formed between participants and facilitators. No individual diagnosis, formulation, or treatment plan is provided.
2. Results and Outcomes
The results presented on this website (including effect sizes, recovery rates, and comparison data) are based on pre- and post-programme assessments using validated instruments (PHQ-9, GAD-7, NPO) administered across six independently measured cohorts totalling 199 participants.
These results reflect group-level outcomes and are presented for informational purposes. Individual results may vary. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
The comparison data presented (e.g. effect sizes relative to published studies on antidepressants and individual therapy) is drawn from published meta-analyses. The Human Tools data has not been independently peer-reviewed or published in a peer-reviewed journal. We present it transparently and are committed to independent verification.
3. Not a Substitute for Professional Care
If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, active suicidal ideation, psychosis, or any condition requiring clinical intervention, please seek professional help immediately. The Human Tools Experience is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
