Your deposit holds your seat. We test you before the programme and on the last day, with four validated tests: worry (GAD-7), mood (PHQ-9), how you face problems (SPSI-R) and thinking errors (CD-Quest). Improve on any one and the balance is due. Improve on none, and your deposit comes back in full within 15 business days.

You choose your date and pay your deposit on our booking page. Your seat is then held, and you get an email to confirm it. Our concierge team takes it from there.
Yes. If none of your four test scores improve, your deposit comes back in full within 15 business days. You must attend all five days, never be more than 30 minutes late, and complete the workbook.
Both are the same five days live. Lite gives you 30 days of integration afterwards. The full Experience gives you 115 days, then the Human Tools™ Forum for 8 months, so the work stays with you for a year.
You have 7 days from booking to cancel. More than 30 days before the start: a full refund less R500 admin, or move your date. 15 to 30 days before: 50% back, or move your date. Under 15 days: no refund, but you can move to another date within 12 months.
