This information is collected through our Thinking Assessment form, Booking form, Waitlist form, and Book a Call scheduling tool hosted by Zoho.

- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Referring URL

3.3 Information we do not collect
We do not collect special personal information as defined in POPIA (religious beliefs, political persuasion, health or sex life, biometric information, trade union membership, criminal behaviour). We do not collect personal information from children under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
4. Purpose of Collection
We collect your personal information for the following purposes:
- To process your booking for a Human Tools Experience cohort
- To add you to the waitlist for future cohorts and notify you when dates are released
- To deliver the Thinking Assessment results to you
- To schedule a call with our team at your request
- To communicate with you about your booking, including confirmations, logistics, and follow-up
- To provide the 90-day post-programme follow-up
- To improve our website and user experience
5. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal information on the following legal bases under POPIA:
- Consent — you voluntarily provide your information through our forms
- Contract — processing is necessary to perform the agreement you enter into when booking a cohort
- Legitimate interest — improving our website and understanding how visitors use it

We share your personal information with the following third parties, only to the extent necessary for the purposes described above:
- Zoho Corporation — form processing, CRM, email, bookings (Privacy)
- Netlify — website hosting (Privacy)
- Google — analytics (Privacy)
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — advertising pixel and audience measurement (Privacy)
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
7. Cross-Border Transfers
Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside South Africa, including the United States (Zoho, Netlify, Google, Meta) and India (Zoho). These transfers are necessary for the performance of our services and are protected by the contractual obligations of our service providers.
8. Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Specifically:
- Booking and attendee records: 5 years from the date of your cohort (for tax and legal compliance)
- Waitlist information: until you unsubscribe or for 2 years if inactive
- Website analytics data: 26 months
When personal information is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it.

You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations
