You pay a deposit to hold your seat. We measure you before the programme and on the last day with four validated tests. Improve on any one of them and the balance is due. Improve on none, and your deposit comes back in full within 15 business days. How the guarantee works.
Yes. Attend all five days in full. Never be more than 30 minutes late to any session. Complete the full workbook and all exercises. Take part in good faith. Missing any of these ends the guarantee.
You have 7 days from booking to cancel (statutory cooling-off). After that, more than 30 days before your cohort: a full refund less R500 admin, or a transfer. 15 to 30 days before: 50%, or a transfer. Under 15 days: no refund, but you can transfer within 12 months. Full detail in the refund policy.
